Shaken Espresso
Ingredients
Two shots of espresso
Milk (I prefer oat milk with this recipe)
Coconut sugar
Ice
Tools
Cocktail shaker
Bar Spoon
Method
Extract two shots of espresso
To the espresso add one table spoon of coconut sugar (or more depending on your taste)
Stir to combine
Add 8oz milk of your choice to the cocktail shaker along with ice
Shake well and serve
Notes
Brown sugar can be used instead of coconut sugar but the coconut sugar works best for this recipe
